NNIP sought to assess and rejuvenate its innovation and product development strategies to maintain its leadership in the evolving asset management sector, building on successes and learnings from the past few years.

We collaborated with senior leaders to conduct a comprehensive review of existing innovation practices. Developed a new strategic framework that included clear KPIs, established regular innovation rituals, and defined strategic goals focused on leveraging NN IP’s strengths in ESG-integrated asset management.

The revamped innovation strategy focused on empowering NNIP employees to increase their product offerings and maximize their investment success, reinforcing its market position and driving growth. NNIP was acquired by Goldman Sachs in April 2022.
